What is biomaterials?

Biomaterials are a collective term for bio based plastics and biodegradable plastics.

(1) Biobased plastics: plastics derived from renewable resources. Unlike traditional plastics, bio based polymers come from renewable resources such as sugar, starch, vegetable oil, cellulose, etc. Among them, corn, sugarcane, grains, and wood are the most commonly used raw materials.
